Matthew Cox is an attorney, lobbyist and public affairs consultant with over 15 years experience in lobbying, campaigns and public relations. Matt’s government experience includes time with the Ohio Auditor of State as well as the position of Senior Deputy Attorney General with the Office of Attorney General Jim Petro. In politics, Matt has managed multiple campaigns at the county and state level and has performed nearly every campaign function, including grassroots development, media, fundraising and staff and volunteer management. Matt’s lobbying practice includes representation of small business chambers, private companies, charter school organizations and non-profit entities.
Matt currently serves as Chair of the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland. Matt has also served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Cleveland and School Choice Ohio (Columbus). Matt lives in Avon with his wife Diane and his children Benjamin and Emily.
